Designed for the Beginner Smith Machine User who has limited equipment, ie; condo gym.

The reps are moderate to high, allowing for a degree of freedom on the user’s part to choose their difficulty while learning these basic movement patterns.

Additional cardio or mobility work could be added, and a good general warm-up is always recommended.
